In paying homage to our Tasmanian sparkling house and appreciation for the finer things in life, we visited Sydney-based artist and sparkling aficionado, Belinda Aucott, at her studio home.

What followed was a mini-series of tastings notes and Pirie portraits (in that order), combining the discipline of pastel and watercolour on paper, with pure drinking pleasure. Press play to watch.
