Set at OTTO Sydney on the Finger Wharf, this relaxed afternoon is an opportunity to enjoy Tasmania’s most distinctive sparkling wines in a setting that encourages time, attention, and pleasure.

A three-course modern Italian menu by OTTO’s hatted chefs will be paired with the PIRIE Tasmania collection, including the Millésime Prestige Rosé 2023 and Blanc de Blancs 2022. These wines reflect decades of cool-climate expertise, precision winemaking, and an unwavering focus on quality.

Winemaker Tom Wallace will host the lunch and share the thinking, craftsmanship, and vineyard stories behind each pour, offering a rare insight into what defines PIRIE Tasmania’s style.
